Organisation Design & Change Programme Lead

My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Organisation Design & Change Programme Lead on a Contract basis.

The Organisation Design & Change Programme Lead will provide dedicated leadership for a major organisational redesign and transformation programme across the Responsive Repairs Service. The postholder will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive restructure programme affecting more than 300 employees across all levels of the service.

Salary: £500 Outside IR35 *negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Responsive Repairs restructuring programme
Develop and maintain programme plans, governance arrangements, milestones and reporting
Lead organisation design activity across all levels of the service
Support managers undertaking individual consultation meetings

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

Extensive experience in a similar role
Significant experience leading large-scale organisational change and restructuring programmes
Extensive experience within social housing repairs and maintenance services
Local Authority experience is essential
