Organisational Resilience Manager

Our Client:
Our client is a large and complex service sector organisation, with it's headquarters based here in Newcastle. This is a great organisation with a pro-active and modern approach, who are looking to bring a newly created role of Organisational Resilience Manager into the business.

The Role:
This role has been created to enhance preparedness against major emergency situations and crisis events, and so to deliver expert guidance across the organisation in terms of robust Organisational Resilience within current day environments.

Initially the role will involve undertaking a gap analysis exercise to understand current status and details within each of the teams, with a view to develop an enhanced Organisational Resilience plan to meet the needs of this forward thinking and ever-changing organisation.

About you:
Do you have a background in safety critical roles, with a genuine interest in crisis management and risk planning?

The candidates we are interested in speaking with will have experience in some of the following areas:

• Business Continuity and Risk planning
• Emergency or crisis response planning
• Hazardous environment safety management
• Compliance focus, design of policy and strategy within a safety critical industry
• Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders and regulatory authorities
• Very strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well across diverse channels
