Are you a well-presented, articulate, and career-minded individual with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in property finance?

We’re working with a specialist lender with an impeccable reputation in the real estate finance market, providing bespoke funding solutions from £100k up to £25m. Their lending covers residential investment bridging, developer exits, commercial and warehouse assets, and specialist sectors including hospitality and care.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a confident and highly motivated Origination Associate to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, professional environment where you’ll work alongside a seasoned team and have real scope to progress.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Originate and support the execution of real estate-backed loans
• Build and manage broker, introducer, and client relationships
• Assist with financial analysis, loan structuring, and internal approvals
• Engage in due diligence and deal progression through to completion
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and lending criteria

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree from a well-regarded university (finance, economics or real estate advantageous)
• A strong understanding or exposure to real estate finance or commercial lending
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident, polished, and personable.
• Well-organised, commercially aware and driven to succeed.
• Financial modelling or analytical experience would be beneficial.
