Location: Eaglescliffe, UK (This is an onsite position)

The Role

Our client is seeking an OT Consultant / Business Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, sensors, DCS) and identify gaps in integration and performance.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis focusing on Red Zone management (downtime, bottlenecks, etc.).
• Propose technology and process improvement solutions.
• Work with stakeholders across IT, operations, and engineering.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, KPIs, and reporting documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in OT system assessment and shop floor optimization.
• Expertise in MES, ERP, SCADA, Lean/Six Sigma, and Red Zone resolution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
