Job Title: OT Cyber Security Manager
Location: South Wales / Remote
Salary: up to £90,000 + benefits

We're hiring for an experienced OT Cyber Security Manager to lead the cyber assurance programme for a critical infrastructure environment. This is a key leadership role in a growing cyber resilience team, focused on protecting operational technology (OT) systems that underpin essential industrial processes.

You'll be responsible for designing and implementing security strategies that ensure the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of control systems. That includes managing a team of Industrial Control System Cyber professionals, shaping risk mitigation plans, and ensuring alignment with internal goals and regulatory standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Own and evolve the cyber assurance strategy for industrial control systems
• Lead and mentor a team of ICS security professionals
• Work with internal stakeholders to align security strategy with operational and regulatory requirements
• Carry out ICS-specific risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Oversee the development of policies, procedures, and assurance frameworks
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including NIST CSF and IEC 62443
• Support incident response planning and real-time investigation efforts
• Manage technical controls such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
• Coordinate with both OT and IT teams to ensure consistent security posture
• Run assurance testing activities including audits, pen testing, and vulnerability scans
• Promote a strong security culture across the business
