Job Description - Outbound Energy Sales Advisor

Outbound Sales Agent - Bring the Energy. Reap the Rewards.
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £23-25K DOE + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm | Fri 9am-4pm

What You'll Be Doing

  • Making outbound calls to a database of over 200,000 UK non-profits
  • Building rapport, overcoming objections, and creating trust
  • Offering genuinely valuable, cost-saving solutions
  • Managing your pipeline and smashing KPIs
  • Delivering outstanding service from introduction to sign-off
  • Staying sharp with admin using a slick, easy-to-use CRM
  • Keeping everything organised, logged, and moving

What We’re Looking For

  • A bold personality with resilience to match
  • A confident communicator who knows how to build real relationships
  • Driven, ambitious, and ready to hit the ground running
  • Bonus points for:
    • B2B or energy sales experience
    • A record of meeting or exceeding call targets
    • 12+ months in previous roles -we value commitment
