Outbound Personal Shopper

Title: Outbound Sales Advisor
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (OTE £40,000 - £45,000)
Location: Dagenham, East London
Working hours: Mon-Fri (9-5)
Experience required: Outbound telephone sales, sales through service.
Desired experience: Outbound abandoned basket calls, pro-actively calling customers in luxury retail.

CCP are partnering with an incredible luxury retail fashion brand at an incredibly exciting time as they are looking to build a new office-based sales function within their expanding operation. Our client is initially looking to recruit an Outbound Sales Advisor who will be the first member of this brand-new team that sits alongside the Customer Care and VIP teams.
  
The Outbound Sales Advisor will be responsible for pro-actively engaging with existing customers as well as new, contacting customers who have failed to complete their online checkout having placed items in their basket, as well as contacting previous customers to offer them assistance with their online shop as well as make them aware of new lines available to them.
  
We’re ideally looking for someone who already operates in a sales capacity who are used to dialling out to customers frequently and are hungry to generate revenue. It would be hugely advantageous if candidates have a keen interest in fashion and/or fashion brands.
