We’re looking for a confident and motivated Outbound Sales Advisor to join our growing team in the fleet and vehicle insurance sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, identifying needs, and converting interest into sales.

You’ll be responsible for contacting new leads, as well as lapsed or existing customers, to provide tailored insurance quotes and drive business growth.

• Make outbound calls to new leads, previous clients, and lapsed users to promote fleet and vehicle insurance services.

• Identify customer needs and provide accurate and competitive insurance quotes.

• Follow up on warm leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Build rapport with clients, explain policy details clearly, and handle objections confidently.

• Accurately record call activity and customer details in the CRM system.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Previous experience in sales, insurance, call centre, or B2B/B2C outbound calling.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.

• Confidence in handling objections and closing sales.

• Ability to manage your time and sales pipeline effectively.

• Insurance experience (particularly fleet/vehicle) is a strong advantage, but not essential - training will be provided.
