Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Advisor to join our growing team and help drive sales through outbound calling, lead generation, and customer relationship building.

What You'll Be Doing

Contact existing and prospective customers to promote our products and services.
Identify sales opportunities and upsell our own-brand products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Manage warm leads and sales pipelines through our CRM system.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
Work closely with Customer Service and other departments to maximise sales opportunities.
Keep customer records accurate and up to date.

What We're Looking For

Previous sales, telesales, or customer service experience - 6 months plus. 
A confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
A team player who enjoys contributing to a shared goal.

Available Shift Patterns

Option 1: Monday to Friday (40 Hours)

Monday: 08:50am - 7:30pm
Tuesday to Thursday: 08:50am - 5:20pm
Friday: 08:50am - 3:20pm

Option 2: Monday to Thursday (40 Hours)

Monday to Thursday: 08:50am - 7:30pm
