Outbound Sales Agent

We’re looking for confident and motivated Outbound Sales Agents to join a growing team in Burnley on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, building rapport and turning conversations into opportunities.

You'll be contacting aged care and elderly medical facilities from a provided list, introducing the company's services and booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive or Team Leader.

What you'll be doing

• Making 80+ outbound calls per day to potential customers


• Speaking with aged care and medical facilities to generate new leads


• Identifying interest and booking meetings for the sales team


• Handling objections and learning what messaging works best


• Providing feedback to your Team Leader on common objections and customer responses


• Keeping accurate records of your calls and outcomes

What we're looking for

The key requirement is previous outbound calling experience. You don't need to be an expert in the product — we're looking for people who are confident on the phone, aren't afraid to make calls and are motivated by results.

You'll be a great fit if you're:

• Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls


• Naturally conversational and able to build rapport quickly


• Resilient when handling objections or rejection


• Motivated by targets and earning additional commission


• Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn

The details

Location: Burnley VIC 3121
Pay: $37.58 per hour + Super
Commission: $100 per meeting booked
Hours: 22.5 hours per week across 3 days
Start: 19 October 2026
Initial contract: Until 18 December 2026
Work arrangement: Office-based week 1, then hybrid with 1 day in the office per week
Potential: Extension and permanent opportunities available based on performance
