Outbound Telesales - Work From Home
Full time – Permanent – No weekends
£24.5k base salary and OTE of £30.5-33k
Fully Remote – equipment provided
37.5 hours a week - 10.30am - 7pm - Monday - Friday

Outbound Telesales role summary:
You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key responsibilities:

Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

Minimum of 1 year Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales or Field sales experience will be considered.
You will need a quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
