Here at Aspire People we are seeking a passionate and qualified Forest School leader to develop and deliver an engaging outdoor learning program at a fantastic SEN school located in Northampton. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic, with a talent for inspiring students-particularly those needing support outside mainstream education. The school offers a hands-on, discovery-driven environment where both students and staff are encouraged to thrive and reach their full potential.

About you:

The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of the outdoor learning provision across multiple sites. You will collaborate with senior staff to create a diverse Outdoor Learning Plan, manage and inspire a team, and lead Forest School sessions. Key responsibilities include tracking student progress, contributing to education and wellbeing plans, ensuring health and safety, and helping to secure funding for new projects. This dynamic role combines leadership, creativity, and a hands-on approach to education in outdoor settings. For this role, you will need:

* A Forest School qualification
* The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
* A current driver's license and access to own vehicle
