Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and develop the outpatients service. Monitor performance against key indicators and ensure efficient daily operations. Support clinical governance, risk management, audits and action planning. Promote best practice across health and safety, equality, technology use and patient information handling.About You
You will hold a relevant Diploma or Degree and NMC registration. You will have senior-level experience in an outpatient department and experience leading a team. You will have strong audit, performance monitoring and continuous improvement skills, with knowledge of CQC standards.This Nursing Manager role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of an outpatients service and deliver measurable improvement.
