Outreach Executive

ROLE OVERVIEW

ThruDark is a leading outdoor performance brand founded by former UK Special Forces operators. Built on the ethos of "Endeavour Through Adversity," we design world-class technical apparel for those who demand more - from themselves and their kit.

As the Outreach Executive, you will lead our outreach function end-to-end. You will be responsible for owning influencer and ambassador strategy, managing external agency relationships, and building a high-performing outreach team. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to deliver impactful activity that reinforces ThruDark’s brand values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Talent Management: Research, identify, and recruit athletes and influencers aligned with the brand. Negotiate rates and draft contracts.
• Campaign Execution: Conceptualise and deliver campaigns. Write creative briefs and coordinate end-to-end execution, from gifting to content delivery.
• Agency Oversight: Manage external agencies, setting clear KPIs and performance expectations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track campaign KPIs and analyse metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) to inform future strategy.
• Team Support: Support daily operations, budget management, and help manage an Influencer Executive as the team expands.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience in influencer or talent management, PR, or social media is advantageous.
• Passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and the outdoor/lifestyle sector.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms, talent negotiation, and campaign tracking tools.
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled relationship builder with a professional yet personable approach.
