At CCI (Chelmsford), we are looking for nurturing, emotionally intelligent Learning Support Assistants who drive and are open to supporting vulnerable children and young people throughout Essex.

This isn't just classroom support. It's about reaching young people wherever they are - whether that's in the community, at home, or within a specialist school setting. It's gentle, guided outreach, full of heart, patience, and genuine purpose.

• Have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Can travel within Essex to provide outreach or 1:1 support

• Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND, SEMH or trauma (though training is always provided)

• Are calm, grounded, and nurturing - even on the tougher days

• Want to work somewhere where compassion comes first
