Team Overview
Five people in the link building team, 30 people in SEO as a whole.

Job Description
Conduct Outreach and Link Building activity in English-speaking and International markets (Europe, United States and further afield as required).

Outreach
Analyse websites to assess suitability to link with, using technical SEO knowledge and tools
Approach brokers, webmasters and companies; promoting why they should work with us
Work with existing CRM contacts and find new contacts for clients
Plan and execute creative Outreach strategies, to increase brand awareness, promote referral traffic, attract links and boost social activity
Syndicate, distribute and promote client content to most effective/relevant outlets
Provide informative and insightful reports on the effectiveness of campaigns
Build links at a consistent rate, according to set strategies and criteria
Conduct approvals, signing off on whether a site is good enough to be a back link for clients

Client Work and Teamwork
Lead meetings and speak with clients when required
Be active on Skype to communicate and work effectively with the team
Join daily and weekly team meetings to feedback on progress
Work with SEO Account Managers, and Content team on campaign effectiveness
Develop and maintain relationships with bloggers and content outlets (e.g. arranging outreach events & competitions)
Build and maintain an unparalleled list of contacts; journalists, publishers, critics, authors, business leaders, and celebrities

Desired Skills and Experience:
Extensive Link Building experience (1-2 years minimum) and an SEO background
Agency experience desired but not essential (1-2 years)
Previous line management experience would be useful
An existing network of web contacts is desired
Working knowledge of Ahrefs, Majestic SEO, SEMrush, Moz
Demonstrate a good understanding of SEO (both external and on-site), link-building, blogging and Online PR
Press release experience is desired
Possess a good working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and basic HTML

Location : Office in London, but full-time remote working within the UK is available.

Hours : Monday - Friday 9AM – 6PM

Salary : £27,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
