Outreach Tutor - Stockton-on-Tees

Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Rate: £27-£30 per hour
Hours: Flexible, part-time
We are recruiting an Outreach Tutor to deliver 1:1 tuition on behalf of the Local Authority. Sessions will take place in learners' homes, supporting young people who are unable to access mainstream education.

Requirements

Experience tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or supporting young people
Confident working in learners' homes
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Strong communication and safeguarding awareness
Right to work in the UK

Desirable

Experience with SEND and/or SEMH
Alternative Provision or outreach tutoring experience
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
