Outsourced Finance Executive

We are working with an established and forward-thinking accountancy practice providing outsourced finance solution. Due to continued growth, we are assisting a client looking for a proactive and client-focused Outsourced Finance Executive to support our expanding finance team.

Your Role Will Include:

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients

• Processing purchase and sales invoices

• Bank and balance sheet reconciliations

• Assisting with VAT returns and payroll preparation

• Preparing monthly management accounts and get involved with forecasting (with support, if needed)

• Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and support finance processes

• Using cloud-based accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage)

What We're Looking For:

• AAT Level 4 or equivalent experience

• Previous experience in a finance or bookkeeping role (practice experience a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach

• Proficiency in Excel and cloud accounting software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
