The Role:

• Assist with management accounts preparation and basic financial reporting
• Maintain accurate accounting records across Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
• Prepare and submit VAT returns
• Support software integrations and client system setups
• Request, chase, and manage client documentation
• Day-to-day bookkeeping - Handling sales & purchase invoices, ledgers & reconciliations
• Financial Data Entry
