The primary focus of this position is to ensure that outsourced administration activities are conducted in compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will: Ensure outsourced administration activities align with contractual and regulatory expectations Manage the team, fostering positive relationships with outsourced partners Review and analyse management information whilst identifying trends and preparing documents to present the outsourcing committee Assessing existing processes and proposing improvements Skills 5+ years experience within financial services with at least 2 years managing outsourced service providers (this is essential) In-depth knowledge of working outsourced operations environment Strong leadership skills Drive for continuous improvement Analytical focus If you meet the above criteria and would like to find out more information.
