Outsourcing Senior - Office-Based | Romford | £40,000-£45,000

Are you an experienced outsourcing professional ready to take the reins in a well-established, close-knit team?

We're supporting a respected firm in Romford with a rare opportunity to join their dedicated Outsourcing Services Team at a pivotal time of growth and change.

This is a fully office-based role - ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to be hands-on with clients and delivery.

Why this Outsourcing Senior - role?

This team has recently undergone some internal promotions, creating a natural gap for an ambitious and capable individual to step in at senior level. You'll work alongside a recently promoted Senior and two capable team members, supporting a client base that includes a mix of OMBs, SMEs, including a strong presence in the not-for-profit sector.
With the team currently at capacity, your arrival will make a tangible impact from day one - unlocking capacity, ensuring service continuity, and playing a key role in the delivery of high-quality bookkeeping and management accounts.

The Outsourcing Senior role includes:

• Preparation and review of bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts
• Direct client liaison and support, often with owners and finance leads
• Working with Xero and IRIS to deliver timely, accurate reporting
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting internal development
• Working closely with a supportive leadership team and enjoying open access to directors

Who we're looking for:

• Ideally ACA/ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
• Solid experience in a practice environment
• Confident preparing and reviewing management accounts
• Strong communicator, used to working directly with clients
• Comfortable being office-based and part of a hands-on, collaborative team
