Our client is a leading firm of accountants and business advisers with a strong presence across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. As a top ten UK accountancy firm and the largest SME practice, they offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where professionals thrive and grow.

The Opportunity
As an Outsourcing Senior, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll work both on-site and from the office to prepare financial records, VAT returns, and monthly/quarterly management accounts. With access to real-time client data, you'll engage in insightful conversations and collaborate with specialist teams (VAT, employment tax, corporation tax, fundraising, etc.) to deliver proactive advice and help shape the future of your clients' businesses.
You'll be supported in your journey to becoming a trusted business adviser, with opportunities to:

• Add commentary and insights to management accounts
• Prepare three-way forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow)
• Create KPI dashboards tailored to client needs
• Review client processes and implement meaningful improvements

What We're Looking For

• ACA/ACCA/CA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
• Proven experience in a similar outsourcing or accounting role
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• A proactive mindset and client-focused approach
