Job Description - Outsourcing Senior

The Company
Outsourcing Senior - Highly regarded firm - Structured Career Progression - Hybrid Working

We are delighted to be supported a renowned Accountancy Practice in seeking an Outsourcing Senior to join their team. The Outsourcing Senior will be responsible for preparing the management accounts for a varied portfolio of clients and act as a point of contact for clients. They will also guide and support the Assistants within the team. This is a fantastic opportunity with extensive benefits and structured career progression route.

The Role
The duties for the Outsourcing Senior role will include:

Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact.
Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and VAT returns.
Supervise assistants on bank reconciliations, ledgers, and payment processes.
Maintain high standards of compliance and reporting.
Collaborate with managers and senior leadership to deliver excellent client service.
Identify and act on business opportunities and process improvements.
Support audit processes and liaise with auditors as needed.

The Person
The requirements for the Outsourcing Senior are:

Part or fully qualified ACCA/ACA, or minimum 5 years QBE.
Candidates with experience trained in either practice or industry will be considered.
Strong compliance and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Teams, and accounting software.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring junior staff.
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret KPIs and financial data.
Awareness of international finance issues (e.g. VAT, FX, tax).
