The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Reinsurance Admin Support Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a school leaver or recent graduate looking to launch a career in the insurance/reinsurance industry.

You will support the wider reinsurance team with administrative and operational tasks, gaining first-hand exposure to the workings of the London reinsurance market. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and processing of reinsurance documentation

Enter and maintain data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy

Help manage incoming submissions and correspondence

Provide support to underwriters and operations staff as required

Organise files and ensure records are up to date and compliant

Liaise with brokers and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflows

Support with general office and operational duties

What We're Looking For
A recent school leaver (A-Levels) or university graduate

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organisational and time management skills

Good written and verbal communication

A willingness to learn and develop within a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

A genuine interest in the insurance or reinsurance industry
