Procure to Pay (P2P) Tower Lead
My client, a leading Bristol-based business services group, is looking to appoint a Procure to Pay (P2P) Tower Lead. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the end-to-end P2P operations across a multi-entity international environment.
The successful candidate will take full accountability for the P2P process — spanning supplier onboarding, invoice management, and payment execution — ensuring delivery meets expectations for performance (KPIs), accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You will also oversee the work of the P2P Global Process Owner, driving operational excellence and alignment with broader business objectives.
A key focus will be to foster a culture of continuous improvement, making effective use of automation and digital tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and deliver a world-class P2P service.
You will ensure consistent and efficient P2P operations while overseeing areas that directly impact working capital, vendor management, and statutory reporting. This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the evolution of the global P2P function during a time of significant transformation.
The organisation is entering an exciting phase of change, and this role requires someone who can both embrace and drive that change. You will need a balance of leadership, stakeholder management, and process expertise, underpinned by a deep understanding of P2P operations, compliance, and enabling technologies.
