P2P Officer

FRS are recruiting a P2P Officer for a reputable & well established business who are based in Coventry. The business offer hybrid working and a salary of £28-32k.

You will be reporting into the Financial Controller & you'll be responsible for the day-to-day control of purchase and procurement activities across the business. This is a vital role within the finance team, ensuring compliance, good relations with vendors & making sure your side of the desk runs smoothly.

Duties Will Include

• Oversee the full process of completing Purchase Orders
• Manage the entire procure-to-pay cycle, from raising purchase orders to handling vendor invoices & making payments
• Making sure suppliers are paid accurately & on time
• Keep vendor records up to date & maintain good working relationships
• Match and reconcile invoices & sort out any issues that come up
• Follow internal processes and ensure everything meets company policies & controls
• Create and review procurement reports to help with tracking & planning
• Work closely with other departments to improve & streamline procurement workflows
• Support audit processes by providing all necessary documentation & information
