Are you a discreet Personal Assistant who thrives on responsibility and autonomy? As a PA with expert organisational skills, you will play a vital role in supporting this busy business leader, ensuring the smooth running of their diary and day-to-day administration.
In this fantastic 12-month fixed term contract, you will support a member of the C suite at this fascinating organisation, assisting with a range of business and personal tasks.

Please note - this role will require an immediate start, so lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated. Also, if offered the position, you must be happy for the company to undertake an enhanced DBS on your behalf, if required.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Diary management, scheduling board-related commitments and critical travel. Handling correspondence and document preparation, ensuring clear communication. Coordinating travel and itinerary details, aligning arrangements to business priorities and time-sensitive commitments. Completing finance administration, including expense claims, receipt collation, and invoice logging for finance processing. Providing personal and household support, maintaining order and continuity. Supporting ad-hoc projects and requests, applying judgement to keep initiatives moving efficiently. Personal Assistant Rewards
Up to £30K per annum (based on skills and experience). A 12-month fixed term contract with a structured 40-hour week (generally 9am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday). Personal Assistant Experience Essentials
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (or similar) supporting a business leader. Exceptional organisational ability, accuracy, and discretion in handling sensitive personal and board-level matters. Strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills, including digital calendars and collaboration tools. Comfortable with financial administration paperwork (expense claims, receipts, supplier invoices, and tidy records). AI fluency, with experience using Claude to draft, summarise, research, and organise. Excellent written and spoken English; calm judgement under pressure. Location The role is based in Oxford. You may occasionally be required to run errands for the Director, so you must be comfortable with this travel when required.
