Job Description - PA - Investment

Meraki Talent are working with an established Investment firm who are looking for a proactive, capable Personal Assistant to join their Edinburgh office on a permanent basis.

This role will directly support the team Head’s/Directors in the Investment team in Edinburgh, plus ad-hoc support to the team Head’s in Glasgow.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Personal Assistant within Financial Services.

Personal Assistant duties:

Diary and email management, including organizing client meetings and team events, and fielding/directing emails where needed
Travel and accommodation bookings including itineraries
Preparing meeting packs, presentations and reports
Processing invoices and expenses
Assisting with projects
Any other general administrative duties as required
Maintaining relationships and being a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Experience and knowledge:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant within Financial Services
Proactive with the ability to think two steps ahead
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure
Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and PowerPoint
