Job Description - PA / Office Manager

Job Title: PA / Office Manager
Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office per Week, Flexibility Required)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnered with RAM Tracking, a leading provider of vehicle tracking solutions. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA / Office Manager to support a dynamic team of six C-Suite executives in a busy and fast-paced environment. This is a varied role that blends high-level executive support with hands-on office management and facilities responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, skilled in PowerPoint and Excel, and comfortable working with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to 6 C-suite members, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Office & Facilities Management

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Leeds office, including supplier relationships, maintenance, and general facilities issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for building management and service providers.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and space planning needs.
  • Support the implementation of health and safety procedures and ensure compliance.

General Administration

  • Support company-wide initiatives and events, including team offsites and senior leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate onboarding for senior new starters, including workspace setup and equipment.
  • Liaise with IT, HR, and Finance teams to ensure operational support is in place.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work confidently at all levels.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Flexible, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in facilities or office management is desirable.

Working Pattern

  • Hybrid: 3 days per week in the Leeds office.
  • Flexibility required during busy periods, such as leadership meetings, events, or project deadlines.
