PA / Team Assistant - Boutique Private Investment firm - Mayfair - £38,000 - £40,000

Fantastic opportunity for a PA/Team Assistant to join a hugely successful private investment firm based in stunning offices in Mayfair. Established five years ago, due to growth they are now looking to expand the support team. You will assist the EA team and Operations Manager with PA duties as well as liaising extensively with clients to build a rapport. An excellent opportunity to develop your experience within an established, professional, collaborative team. You will be encouraged to develop and suggest ideas when working with the team on key projects.

Key duties:

• Diary management and inbox management
• Coordinating meeting rooms
• Organising travel in the UK
• Creating high level reports and presentations
• Office management/operational support
• Marketing support and organising events
• Extensive client liaison over the phone and in person
• Working on projects to assist the wider team

Ideal candidate:

• 3 - 4 years PA/Team Assistant experience within a corporate sector
• Excellent academic track record
• Proactive, confident, client focussed, team player
• A 'can do’ work ethic, happy to be part of a small, growing team
