PA Team Leader

Our client, an award winning and leading law firm are now seeking an experienced team leader to join their firm. As a team leader you will be responsible for delivering high-level Executive Assistant support to Partners, as well as managing a team of EA’s, PA’s and Team Assistants, serving as the main point of contact for the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as gatekeeper for fee earners
• Diary management
• Travel arrangements
• Supporting with business development and marketing
• Onboarding new team members working closely with HR
• Conducting performance reviews
• Mentoring and coaching team members
• Looking after the wellbeing of team members
• Project management and report monitoring
• Resolving any workflow issues
• Working closely with the practice head to continuously monitor and improve secretarial services

To be considered for this role you must have prior team leader/management experience looking after PAs within a law firm environment. You will be a motivating presence, fostering collaboration and contributing to a supportive and positive workplace culture.
