An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful and close-knit Private Equity firm in a pivotal Personal Assistant role. With an outstanding track record, low staff turnover, and a truly collaborative culture, this firm is known for hiring only the best. This opening replaces a long-standing PA who is now moving on for career progression. You will be joining a team of five high-performing support professionals who not only work seamlessly together but genuinely enjoy one another’s company—both in and out of the office.
Hours: 08:30-17:30
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
The Role:
Supporting four main Directors (plus ad-hoc support to three others), this is a fast-paced, traditional PA role where attention to detail and excellent communication are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
Scheduling and coordinating extensive international travel
Managing client relationships and updating the internal CRM system
Preparing meeting packs and documents
Processing expenses and handling administrative and private details such as private healthcare
Occasionally supporting small events or team socials
Liaising directly with clients and acting as a professional representative of the firm

Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking impressive, intelligent, and polished individuals who are looking to work at the top of their game in a high-achieving, collaborative team.
You’ll need:
2-3 years’ PA experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment (ideally finance, executive search, consultancy)
Prior experience supporting a team (not just 1:1)
Degree educated (or equivalent) with excellent written and verbal communication
A calm, engaging and highly professional manner—confident liaising with senior stakeholders
A proactive, team-oriented mindset—happy to pitch in and provide cover across the wider team when needed
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Candidates will be required to complete a written assessment as part of the interview process to demonstrate their communication and client-handling skills.
