Job Description - PA to Founder

The role of PA to Founder in the property sector involves providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. This position requires excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.

This position is within a well-established medium-sized organisation operating in the real estate industry. Based in Marylebone, the company is known for its professional and structured environment, offering a supportive workplace with opportunities for professional growth.

Description

As to PA to Founder, you will:

  • Manage the Founder's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and handle confidential documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and arrange events, including internal meetings and external engagements.
  • Monitor and manage incoming emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses.
  • Oversee and maintain records, files, and databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the Founder.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on key business priorities and deliverables.

Profile

A successful PA to Founder should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar personal assistant or executive assistant role, supporting a founder ideal.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion at all times.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in the property or real estate sector essential.
