PA to HR Director (Immediate Start)

PA to HR Director - Solihull - £38-40k pro rata

We’re delighted to be partnering with our client, a prestigious international firm, who areseeking a highly reliable and proactive PA to HR Director to join their team on a temporary basis.

The Role

As PA to the HR Director, you’ll provide high-level administrative and PA support, taking responsibility for complex diary management, travel arrangements, meetings and documentation. You’ll also play an important role in supporting the wider HR team across a range of operational, engagement and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage complex diaries, coordinate senior meetings, forums and events, managing logistics, agendas, papers and minute-taking.

* Prepare board reports, presentations and briefing materials.

* Manage correspondence, inboxes and communications with senior internal and external stakeholders.

* Manage expenses, invoices and general administration.

* Support the wider HR leadership team as required with HR projects, engagement initiatives and selected HR processes.

* Assist with office, charity and colleague wellbeing activities.

You will need:

* Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator.

* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

* Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

* Previous HR administration experience or a CIPD qualification would be advantageous
