PA to HR Team

Job Description

A top international law firm based close to St Pauls have asked us to find them a Team PA to support their Head of HR and team.

This is a key role within the team and essentially the ‘Face’ of HR so it’s a highly visible role where you will be encouraged to build strong business relationships with all business function heads and the principal HR Business Partners.

A lot of diaries, a lot of scheduling of meetings /interviews and the opportunity to get involved with HR projects and events. It’s an involved role working with a friendly, creative team, quite different to working for lawyers.

You will need to be a highly organised and driven PA whilst having a strong track record in providing Admin support in an emotionally intelligent way and enjoy responsibility and taking on projects.

PA experience gained in Human Resources is a plus (Law Firm experience is not necessary) but corporate experience is, as is an innate sense of fun, someone who wants the best for themselves and the firm.
