Package Manager

We are currently recruiting for experienced construction professionals to join a £10bn hyperscale data centre development in Blyth, Northumberland.

The overall project has a minimum 6-year construction programme, with each phase expected to be worth approximately £700m and a significant £150m civils package forming part of the development.

We are particularly keen to speak with experienced:

Steel Package Managers

*

Senior Site Engineers

Site Engineers

Steel Package Managers:

*

Strong structural steel background

*

Proven experience managing major steelwork packages

*

Experience managing steelwork subcontractors from procurement through to installation and completion

*

Strong understanding of programme, sequencing, quality, health & safety and commercial delivery

*

Experience coordinating steelwork with design teams and other site packages

*

Data centre experience preferred but not essential

Senior Site Engineers / Site Engineers:

*

Strong engineering background within major construction projects

*

Civils, structural steel or infrastructure experience

*

Experience working on large-scale, complex projects

*

Strong setting out, technical and QA experience

*

Ability to coordinate subcontractors and work closely with site management and project teams

*

Data centre experience desirable but not essential
