The Opportunity:
As the M+E Package Manager, you will oversee the coordination, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, with an emphasis on HVAC and ductwork. Ensuring stringent safety, time, quality, and commercial targets are met, you'll make critical decisions, manage subcontractors, and mentor site teams. From design coordination to commissioning and validation, your oversight will be crucial throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Expertise:
You will be the key liaison between construction crews and design teams, ensuring seamless integration of HVAC and ductwork systems. With an understanding of buildability, regulatory requirements, and cleanroom standards, you'll provide valuable input to optimise designs and ensure compliance.
What You'll Need:
Proven experience as an M+E Package Manager, with a background in HVAC and ductwork installations for pharmaceutical/cleanroom/data centre/food manufacturing facilities
Knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork design, and cleanroom environmental control systems
Proficiency in project management software and data-driven programme monitoring
Strong communication skills to liaise with teams, subcontractors, and leadership
Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation specific to HVAC and cleanroom construction
