Packaging Coordinator – Solihull

We are currently recruiting for a Packaging Coordinator to join a well-established team based in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual seeking ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
You must have practical experience with Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) for this role.

Pay Rate:
£13.50 – £14.00 per hour (depending in skills/experience)

Working Hours:
Day shift  (hours to be discussed at interview)

Location:
Hybrid role – 4 days working from home, 1 day on-site in Solihull

Contract Type:
Ongoing work with the potential to become permanent
Interview required prior to start

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate packaging processes and ensure accuracy of data
Maintain and update relevant documentation
Support administrative and operational tasks
Work closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and KPIs
Site work will be in a warehouse environment.Required Skills and Experience:

Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables (essential)
Previous office or administrative experience
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Confident communication skills
