Packaging Project Manager

Location: London (1-2 days in office max)

Salary: DOE

Role: A project management position where strong previous experience of multiple line project management is key. Based at our client, the successful candidate will work along side the packaging team within the client’s busy trading category.

This full time and demanding role requires an individual with high level proven presentation and communication skills, who can illustrate their experience in cradle to grave project management, with an ability to work in the FMCG sector. Preferably you are already from either the retail / FMCG markets or print / packaging industry.

* Manage and track artwork projects

* Work closely with clients and internal teams

* Support project delivery from briefing through implementation

* Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

* Ensure deadlines and artwork approval processes are followed

* Manage and process cutter guides, preflighting checks, workflows, linking existing artwork, complete pre-artwork process

* Act as the primary point of contact for artwork studio queries

Requirements:

* Experience within project management

* Worked within a packaging agency, ideally working on FMCG branded and retail accounts

* Good knowledge of packaging artwork and print processes

* Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders

* Experience managing deadlines

* Comfortable working closely with clients and cross-functional teams

* People-oriented and relationship-driven

* A confident, clear communicator

* Sociable and approachable

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail

* Proactive and solutions-focused

* Calm under pressure and comfortable working independently
