Picker / PackerAtherstone8am - 4pm (Monday - Friday) - Flexible£13 per hour Our client is looking for a picker / packer who can offer first class service packaging our clients paint products. The Role

Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it's essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis. You will be based outside, responsible for leading and inspiring our yard team who are on the front line dealing with our customers that come into our yard. A strong team player, you will be a key member of the team ensuring standards are adhered to at all times.

The Person

As a key member of our operation, you will be responsible for the precise mixing, pouring, and packaging of our diverse range of paints and associated products. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth production and efficient workflow to complete orders in our fast-paced environment.

Experience working with paints, aerosols and around the motor industry is desirable, but full training will be provided in-house.
