Packhouse Line Leader

Location: Offenham Pay: £13.00 per hour – reviewed following successful completion of probation Hours: 40 hours per week Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 4:00pm


• Alternate Saturdays: 6:00am – 12:00pm

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a knack for leadership? We’re seeking a capable Line Leader to help drive the performance and smooth running of our Packhouse production lines. 🔧 Your Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor packhouse machinery to ensure efficient production


• Conduct quality checks to uphold product standards


• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately


• Support and work closely with colleagues to meet daily goals


• Coach and train team members to achieve excellence


• Follow all health & safety and food hygiene guidelines


• Pack and weigh products with precision and consistency


• Keep your work area clean, orderly, and fully stocked
