On offer is a line operator's role in the packing department of a Food Manufacturing company, where you'll be responsible for optimising the packing section using a multihead hopper, weighing and bagging machine.

As an experienced production or packing professional, you will be a great communicator. The role has become available due to an internal promotion within the business, and the company is offering exciting opportunities for advancement.

The role:

• Execute the daily packing schedule as directed by the Packing Manager.
• Monitor productivity and ensure the timely completion of all packing tasks.
• Oversee start-up, operation, and shutdown of packing lines.
• Supervise, support, and coordinate packing operatives during shifts
• Ensure packed orders are correctly labeled, palletised, and ready for dispatch

The person:

• Experience in a line operator's role within a production or packing environment
