Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Contract: Temporary on going

gap-personnel are currently recruiting for perm role of Packing Operative for one of the UK’s leading producers of POS & POP for the retail sector and brands, in Chppenham. They produce creative, innovative and effective solutions for some of the UK’s leading brands.

As a Machine Operative you will work in a busy packing and gluing department, where you will be responsible for printing, packing, making boxes, quality checks.

Main Duties and responsibilities:

• Set and operate simple machinery following work orders and Client specific instructions.
• Support the daily production volume in line with Client service level agreements and targets set.
• Completing tasks in both packing and gluing department
• Quality checks
• Full training provided

Working shifts and hours

• Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm
• Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm
• Shifts are fixed and they are not rotational

Overtime:

• Depending on the volume, OT may be available on Saturday and Sunday, paid at £12.21 p/h.
