Packing Operative

Tennial Personnel are seeking a detail-oriented Packing Operative to join our growing client’s team based in Earl Soham. This is a temporary-to-permanent position after a successful 12-week probation period. You will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our client ships thousands of printed and decorated items daily, ranging from bagged orders of single garments to full pallets. This fast-paced role requires a high level of efficiency and attention to detail, as packing and dispatch is the final opportunity for quality control checks before items are sent out. The role involves handling and folding garments quickly and consistently, ensuring each item meets the required quality standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone confident in garment handling and who thrives in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve potential quality issues

Confidence in handling garments and ensuring they are packed to the highest standards

Excellent organisational skills to manage different orders and meet dispatch requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is advantageous

Full training will be provided for candidates without prior packing experience
