Salary: Up to £26,775 per annum
Location: Near Stadhampton, Oxfordshire (20-minute drive from Oxford – not accessible by public transport)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–12:00
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re looking for a detail-focused PackingOperative to join a high-precision manufacturing business near Stadhampton. You’ll play a vital role in packing and preparing safety-critical components for dispatch — where traceability, care, and accuracy are essential.

Packing Operative Responsibilities:

• Pack and palletise precision-engineered components using dedicated work instructions
  
  
• Print and apply correct labelling; ensure shipping paperwork is accurately completed
  
  
• Book shipments and update progress using SAP
  
  
• Coordinate closely with QA, QC, and Production Control to meet dispatch schedules
  
  
• Ensure products are clearly marked with correct part and batch numbers
  
  
• Follow all Health & Safety and clean working protocols relevant to the production environment
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a packing, warehouse or logistics-based role
  
  
• Comfortable following written instructions and technical guidelines
  
  
• Experience using SAP or similar MRP systems
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised
  
  
• Awareness of Dangerous Goods shipping (Air, Road or Sea) is a bonus – training can be provided
  
  
• Proactive team player with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance
