Job Description:

We are currently recruiting an experienced Band 6 Registered Children's Nurse (RCN) to join a supportive paediatric team on the beautiful Isle of Man. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced children's nurse looking to work in a rewarding environment while enjoying a fantastic work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality, family-centred nursing care to infants, children and young people.

* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.

* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and local policies.

* Monitor patients' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.

* Work collaboratively with consultants, paediatricians and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

* Valid NMC registration as a Registered Children's Nurse (RCN).

* Minimum of 12 months' post-registration experience within a paediatric setting.

* Previous NHS experience is desirable.
