Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.
You will be spending your time with our young client with Cerebral Palsy, who requires active management of their airways.
While you are with our young client, you will be greatly involved with supporting them to be able to take part in their favourite activities as independently as possible. Our client will need full support to continue these activities, and it is important you are happy to support this fully.
