?? The Role

You’ll work across a diverse mix of B2B and B2C clients, delivering high-performing digital campaigns across paid and organic social, Google Ads, SEO, and more. This is a hybrid role combining strategy, delivery, and client management — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver digital marketing and social media strategies across a range of accounts
• Day-to-day management of social media channels: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads and PPC campaigns
• Support SEO initiatives (content, keyword strategy, technical SEO)
• Analyse campaign performance and produce client-ready reports
• Provide hands-on support to clients across digital marketing activities

? About You

You’ll be confident, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're stepping up from a Senior Executive role or already operating at Manager level, you'll be a natural communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Desirable experience:

• Hands-on Google Ads/PPC experience
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager
• SEO tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and heatmapping platforms
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Wix
• Email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, e-shot)
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
