Job Description - Paid Digital Marketing Specialist

Position:
EMEA Paid Marketing Specialist.

About the role:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is accountable for spearheading and overseeing paid digital marketing campaigns across the companies website and Amazon for the EMEA and Australia regions. This pivotal role places significant emphasis on managing Paid Social media channels and Paid Google/Bing campaigns. There is a primary focus on optimizing these campaigns across all platforms to achieve a specific Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), while also driving innovation through the implementation of new strategies and tests to escalate account scalability. As an integral part of the Digital team, this role entails close collaboration with the creative team, analytics experts, finance, and the product team.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a subject matter expert in Paid Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), demonstrating an in-depth understanding of campaign tactics and their impact on marketing metrics such as spend, reach, frequency, and revenue returns.

Manage day-to-day operations of paid social campaigns and provide support for SEM Google/Bing campaigns as necessary.

Collaborate with the US Digital team to oversee the performance of all of the companies products on Amazon, leveraging both paid and organic strategies.

Ensure that all paid performance marketing consistently exceeds a predetermined ROAS threshold each month/quarter.

Partner with the creative team to develop and launch ad units during promotional events, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Responsible for reporting, Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), roadmap creation, test plans, and scaling strategies.

Utilize project management skills to oversee projects related to the role.

Establish streamlined processes for ad creation, creative requests, campaign and ad set builds, and bid strategy testing to enhance workflow efficiency.

Conduct audience creation and continuous testing to refine targeting strategies.

Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate reports using Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other reporting systems as needed.

Experience with affiliate marketing and the Impact affiliate network is advantageous.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on Paid Social Platforms.

At least 1 year of experience with Google/Bing paid campaigns.

Minimum 1 year of experience with Amazon Ads and Seller Central.

Proficient in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.

Previous experience in consumer eCommerce companies is preferred.

Strong communication skills, with a passion for sharing findings and insights.

Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional work and driving business impact.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

A keen eye for detail and a love for data analytics.

Capacity to adapt quickly to evolving platforms and technologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
