Job Description - Paid Media Executive

About the role

As our Senior Paid Media Specialist you’ll plan, execute and optimise cross-channel campaigns on Google Search, Display, YouTube and Meta’s Facebook and Instagram platforms. Paid media specialists are responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns and help drive growth by creating and optimising channels to support company goals. You’ll own the strategy and work with account managers and creatives to deliver measurable results aligned with client objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategy & planning: build full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to client goals; conduct audience, competitor and keyword research.
  • Campaign management: set up and manage campaigns across Google and Meta; optimise for ROAS, CPL, CPA and LTV; run A/B tests on ads, landing pages and targeting.
  • Reporting & analysis: monitor daily performance; prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations; collaborate with the data team on dashboards and attribution models.
  • Collaboration & communication: brief creative teams on copy and visuals; support account managers in client meetings; stay ahead of platform changes and share learnings internally.

Skills & experience

  • 2–4 years’ hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking (pixels, tags) and proficiency with GA 4 and data-analysis tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
  • Ability to manage budgets across multiple clients and industries; analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally with creative and account teams.
  • Bonus: experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Amazon Ads; familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce; Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
